       Don't worry, it's not that hard. We'll help you get started, help from making minor label changes to adding new features, we'll be there to make it work.

       .Biz and .Biz Help Desk are Visual Studio.NET 2005 ASP.NET Web Applications, written  in Visual Basic.NET. It uses pure ASP.NET, no legacy DHTML, ASP or Java.

       We have used a simple to understand coding style that it does not require advanced  skills. For those who may have used VB6 or MS Access/VBA, then the Visual Studio.NET environment together with .Biz or .Biz Help Desk will come easy to you.

       For those who are already familiar with Visual Studio.NET and ASP.NET, this will be a huge head-start in developing a custom solution for you or your Company. This is a great cost saving if you were thinking of writing your own solution, we give you a solid starting  point at a fraction of the cost it would have taken to write it in-house.

    As part of our support, we provide 'How To' coding assistance. Let us know what your requirements are and we'll provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to customize them into .Biz or .Biz Help Desk . We'll do everything we can to make sure this is a success for you. We stand by our code.

     In addition you will receive the source code for our EasyAccess E-Mail Server program, the program that sends e-mails. This is a VB6 windows application, and one customer modified it so that it would send Instant Messages as well as e-mails! Sample code available...
